You’ll receive a response confirming your order within 48 hours. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Sometimes we get lost in there. Online order availability dates can be found on the homepage. You’ll collect your order at our 1st Avenue pick up partner location, The Pickled Kitchen, on your chosen pick up date.

 
 

Lemon Creme Tart

Sweet dough brushed with white chocolate and filled with buttery tart lemon creme. Lightly whipped cream and crunchy white chocolate pearls top it all off.
9-inch tart - 8-10 servings, $54

Signature long loaves

Chocolate zucchini with ganache (left), carrot with brown butter cream cheese frosting, grapefruit poppyseed tea cake, or spiced pumpkin with bittersweet chocolate and olive oil glaze (center.)

ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS

The following ingredients in
our baked goods are always organic:

all-purpose flour, buckwheat flour, oat flour, whole wheat pastry flour, gluten-free flour blend, poppy seeds, cornstarch, tapioca starch, potato starch, rice flour (brown and white), sorghum flour, coffee, oats, pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, brown sugar, yogurt, milk, eggs, coconut milk, milk powder, coconut oil, carrots, zucchini, apples, pears, pumpkin, dried cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, limes, oranges, apricots, rhubarb, grapefruit, peaches, nectarines, plums, dried coconut, maple syrup, honey, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove.

Our eggs

The Cakery on First only uses eggs that are free range and certified humane. At times we use eggs from the happy chickens that roam just outside our door. We are required by the Panhandle Health Department to let you know that our farm-fresh eggs are ungraded. We are not required to inform you that they are a beautiful blue and make for the most delicious baked goods.

Bundt Cakes

Choose from chocolate zucchini with ganache glaze, banana cardamom streusel (pictured), or citrus olive oil cake with olive oil glaze.
